GUI

Short for graphical user interface, a GUI (pronounced "gooey") is a method of interacting with a computer via manipulation of graphical images. Some examples of GUIs are windows, menus, radio buttons, check boxes, and icons. GUIs are generally accessed using a pointing device (such as a mouse, trackball, or touchscreen) in addition to a keyboard.
